Homeowners Warranty
We know that you will be happy with your new home -but occasionally our clients will notice a defect after moving in. We will fix these issues for free during the first year. Your appliances and fixtures will be registered in your name and backed by the manufacturer warranty.

Building a home should not be stressful experience for you. We want you to enjoy the process! If you like you can get involved in the selection of colors, fixtures etc. Or if you prefer, we will make suggestions and you can tell us what you think. It is up to you!
